      1. 9 - 3 Performers, 2 22" Kettles, 26" kettle, Smokey Joe, PBC, Weber gasser.

      2. 6

      3. I hardly use the SJ and gasser.

I'd like to try a KBQ.

Maybe we should do a cook together...we are pretty close!
My patio is open for such things.

        I must fess up.
2 Performers, SJ, PBC at main house.
26", a 22" and the gasser are at work. Dulles Airport.
        Performer, 22" @ lake house.

3 (14" Smokey Joe, 22" Kettle and Camp Chef Smoke Vault)
      2
      None.

I don't have MCS at all. I might add a small, inexpensive gasser for burgers etc but Kingsford comes to temp fast and the 14" is fine for things like that. I only have the Smoke Vault because it was $99.

        1. 7 - Weber Genesis, Performer, Weber 26", PBC, Weber E6, PKGO, Flatrock
        2. 5 - Don't use the 26" since I got the E6, but don't want to get rid of because of "just in case".
        3. PBC - Haven't used that in probably 2yrs+

That PBC is probably pretty lonely. Toss it a chicken or two for me.

        1. Four. WSM, SNS kettle, Weber genesis and Grilla Silverbac

        2. The WSM. It’s the 18in one that I got through work recognition program so it cost me nothing. But I would only do that if number 3 came true:
        3. Weber Summit Kamado. Although TBH I’m most likely going to buy a griddle soon since my family has been pushing for one. Interestingly enough i never had much of a desire and I’d prefer one I can connect to my NG line but my options are limited. I’m like the Weber ones too.

          1. 8 - WSCGC, Weber Genesis, The Good One Open Range, Weber 26” (with SNS, Vortex, and Kettle Pizza insert), PBC, Jumbo Joe 18”, PK300, PKGO.

          2. 6 - Use the gasser infrequently, and the PBC is seeing less use of late.

          3. Probably the PBC. The bottom has started rusting through anyway, and I won’t likely replace it when it finally goes.

Bonus: Have been lusting over the Hasty Bake Roughneck lately as a potential upgrade replacement for the PBC, but I’d want the SS version and that’s buku $$. Highly doubtful, but time will tell.

            1. (7) Komodo Kamado 32” and 23”, M1 Smoker, Napoleon Prestige Pro, MAK 2 Star, P&S 850, and Victory griddle.
            2. All of them, but the 23” KK gets used most.
            3. Napoleon ( Nice grill but it’s a gas grill so……)
            4. LSG 36” pellet grill

My grills are nicer than my vehicles but it is my only real hobby besides some occasional golf.

              I’m gonna lower the average. Right now it is;
              1. 3
              2. 1 fully outfitted Weber original Performer.
              3. The little Weber Q1200 gasser.

Can’t remember (and didn’t check) if I commented on this thread originally, but here goes…

                1) Three outdoor cookers (offset, griddle, charcoal grill).
                2) Two used regularly (griddle and offset).
                3) Based on current use I’d give up the grill because it’s my least used cooker.

Bonus) I’d love to replace my COS with a KBQ, then replace the charcoal grill with a Santa Maria style grill.

                  Five

                  Coleman 22” kettle
                  Weber 22” kettle
                  Traeger tailgater
                  COS
                  Jackson Grills 3 burner gas.

If I had to eliminate one, it would be the gas grill. It hasn’t worked for a couple years. Been meaning to fix it, but…

I have a Lonestar Pellet Smoker, Meadow Creek Offset, a Meadowcreek Chicken Flipper, and a Blackstone Griddle.
I use them all. I did let go of a few over the years (my PBC, Kettle, and Grilla OG)
At this point, it would be the Blackstone.
I would love to get a Barrel at some point, though I feel like more than 3 and someone is going to get left out/not used.
