I’d choose the Modern Home Products gas grill. I’ve got charcoal grilling and smoking covered with my SNS kettle and Bronco. I have no desire for a pellet grill. I wouldn’t mind having a gas grill for occasional quick and easy cooks. I chose this one over the Blaze because of its smaller footprint. I chose for need, over the price of the prize.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Since I already won, and made this choice, I voted for the SNS Deluxe Kamado, which is what I went with in January 2021. It's just a very solid, flexible, beautiful cooker that I expect to last me decades. If I don't knock it over and break it, I can picture grilling and smoking on that thing for the next 20 years, easily.
However, if I were to personally win again in 8.5 years, I would go with the Hasty Bake, just because I personally already have the SNS Kamado.Last edited by jfmorris; June 8, 2022, 03:34 PM.

I picked the Kamado but the Hasty Bake is a close second. The Grilla Silverbac would have gotten serious consideration as well.

I picked the HastyBake because I already have the SnSK and a PK grill; plus the other cookers I have cover most bases. I almost voted SnSK again (how many is too many?) but I have another kamado. The HastyBake duplicates a few cookers I have in some areas but does offer features and versatility that I don't currently have.

Don't have a kamado so the SNS Kamado gets my vote. Would definitely think about the PK360 and the Hasty Bake too.
