I smoked two racks on Sunday in memoriam and will share those pictures this weekend. I did them a week early as my wife will be out of town down in SC this weekend and probably the only food I'll eat will be beer.

I was hoping to catch some ribs our a Boston Butt on sale, but I think I will love cooking some wings. That’s my favorite part of the chicken, and it was long before buffalo wings drove the price through the roof.

The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
I just pulled 2 racks of St Louis Ribs from the freezer. Be doing on Friday. Weather looks good 50's, sun and no wind. PBJ is coming out in hibernation. In memory of all our dearly departed.

Yikes! In spite of the running thread, I pretty much forgot about this. BUT, I had some bone in, thick cut, Berkshire pork chops in the freezer so I took them out and will be smoking them tomorrow or Saturday.
