    We're having folks for a barbecue tonight, but last night I made these jam-laquered chicken wings using some of the strawberry-rhubarb-caramelized onion jam I made a couple weeks ago. These may be my new favorite version of homemade wings.

    Second post on the fire board drive/blower. This unit held steady at 235f. It came up to temp and held steady at 375f I could not be happier with the unit..

      I’ll tell you what impresses me the most (besides that perfectly grilled bird), the flames on that cart. That is impressive!!! 😉

    Ok ok Ok, normally I don't show my simple cooks but I made some grill adjustments and everything turned out so well I wanted to share.

    In the summer I have made an outdoor kitchen on my balcony. I run a small window a/c and while it does a good job, 2 slices of toast overwhelms it, so!, being frugal where I can, moved the kitchen outdoors.

    Currently I have purchased a new CrapMaster 2000 and am now in possesion of the CrapMaster 2000A.

    I scored a real nice chuckeye at the local market today so after Hot Rodding the 2000A a bit and cleaning the burners I lit that bad boy! Also had some hash browns on the coleman campstove, it's a great stove!

    CrapMaster performed flawlessly and made a real nice steak tonight.

      Tried Kenji’s corn shiitake pepper stir fry tonight. It was well worth the effort. Some yard bird to go with it.
