like such a fine wood to use for this but I suppose it will make every cook really special. Hats off to this project!!! 😎

I was told that the redwood was once part of a railroad water tank. The planks are more than two inches thick and showing their age with considerable deterioration. It required a lot of milling to obtain solid 3/4" boards for the project.
Based on your review, I purchased a grill grate from KillaGrilla for the SnS. I am very pleased with the quality of the SS grate. Thanks for your input.
