I found this guy on Etsy and provided the dimensions and idea. He makes complete Samta Maria grills. Was very good to work with. I suggested he should do for PK grills. https://onetimefabrication.com

I know these posts are over 2 years old, STEbbq but I wanted you to know that your posting of that link above (found by me Googling "Santa Maria PK360") and it linking me to this discussion, saved me $200 yesterday. I was eyeballing the $539 version on Amazon and then I checked the same item at The Burn Shop and got it for $340 with shipping included.
