Got this today and have a call with the marketing director in the morning. Looking forward to putting it to the test.

Can I get it in old couch fabric? That would be cool. Is it ok to vote for the pig?

Old 70's couch fabric would be sweet. The big brown squares with the wagon wheels and barns in it.

Hey Max. Have you heard of or know anything about the Black Earth Hybrid grill?? They look really interesting.

Ok I remember this from a previous thread.....still not impressed. My little Weber Smokey Joe can fit just about anywhere and do the same thing. I'm too old to be back backing in the woods so other than that, what's the real use here?

I have a Smokey Joe, and I don't backpack or tailgate or need a portable grill, either. I'd say it looks like a cool idea, but not for me or you.

It's lightweight, foldable, and more portable. For whom these attributes matter.

Yea I can see if someone is back packing, I mean it is an innovative idea. Guess I just see it as a gimmick.

The Jumbo Joe can be carried by the lid handle which makes it quite portable.

We go up to north to fish camp at least yearly, and we pack all our gear in the boat and head upstream. Our boat is ridiculously over-packed, almost to a comically dangerous state. I've wanted for years to bring a grill up, for those times when the Coleman stove or campfire aren't an option....but spacewise we just can't swing it, even the baby Joe. This may just work for someone like me. I await your testing Jon Solberg and Max Good .

It also looks like this has significantly more grate area than a smoky joe.
