    🤯 I nominate Henrik for the Pitmaster ‘All-In’ award! That’s a beautiful, high-quality build. I’m sure you’ll get many years of use from it. Can’t wait to see first cook pics.

    PS: Is there any way you can build a sous vide into it?

    So, here are two quick photos of the box running in Parrilla mode and in Kettle/SnS mode. As you can see I fabricated a little cradle so I can just drop the SnS in there, 2 inches off the ground.
