      Would you want/need to use a water pan in that? Or a deflector plate?

        No deflector - that goes against the idea of a hill country smoker. But maybe water, we’ll see. It’s very steady in temps though.

      I love how simple yet versatile the setup is. Also it's relatively compact. Wibs for the win!! They are going to he delicious i'm certain of it 🔥🔥❤️🐿
