​​​​ I gotta keep the gas around for the convenience factor, though now that I've got some experience cooking with charcoal it's far less effort than I previously imagined. The gasser is basically just a griddle at this point as I will likely never use the grate side of the grill grates. I predict that I will eventually convince myself to get rid of it and get a true griddle though lol
Nah bbq_esq , keep the gasser. You do have winter & also a quick cook fer yerself or two, it’ll come in handy. Great move with the SnS, you will love it.
I agree with FireMan Keep the gasser. I have a variety of cookers including a Blackstone griddle and use my gasser often. Great for the quick couple of burgers or bratwurst for me and the wife. Quick and easy.
