If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

FireMan congratulations on winning that cooker! Looks great, and like you said, with that folding side table, won't take a ton of space when stored. I sure like the stability of 4 legs versus 3 too.

Interesting first cook! I never thought to put dumplings or pot-stickers or whatever those are on the grill, but sounds like it would be a good way to go.
