As one of my favorite military heros said a few times, I won the mid August Sweepstakes (the voting was definitely rigged). Showed up at my door from a hulk type FedEx guy. He said "I wanted to be sure you were home". I was. Here is the story. It might be a little discombobulated, but who gives a rip! Got my tools out then took a peak at the destructions & found I needed differnt equipment. Here are the pieces & parts & bein mechanically disinclined it only took me 3 1/2 hrs to assemble. I had a few distractions starting with my mind & endin ther also. Every mochine is about the wheels. Mighty fine wheels, with cool hubcaps. The tread on these suckers will fit right in with muddin & Wisconsin snow. Kook at that tread. I

Yeah, I missed the kettle way to much. Plus, this is not as big. Only one side table & its collapsible.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.

My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.

There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
