In Newark NJ there is an area called the iron bound. It is all Portuguese/Brazilian. Best Charrasquerrias/Rodizios this side of Brazil. They cook on backyard gas grills, brick cookers, and charcoal rottiseries.. The guy bought it on sale and didn't know what to make of it. He kept warning me that he would sell it to me cheap, it's brand new, but it wouldn't cook on gas. He was in his backyard putting together his shiny new nexgrill gasser. (Nice guy with no idea of what a gravity fed is)Last edited by tenphases; April 17, 2021, 08:17 AM.

Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
What a deal! And it was already marked down to $250 in the store? Good call taking that for $100. But knowing me, I would be trying to flip it for $200 right now.
