Just placed the order for a Hasty Bake 257 Gourmet stainless. Can’t wait for it to arrive. I cannot thank everyone here enough for the help in making this decision. I have had several bouts of MCS and have gone through rehab a few times but am hoping to use this one for years to come.....Will post pics as soon as I can.

Great choice! I think that Hasty Bake can do it all! Grill, smoke, act as a Santa Maria with the adjustable charcoal tray height. You got it all! I bet your pellet rig starts going under utilized.Comment

There is no cure for MCS, but you can get it into remission with a purchase or two.
