New Toy Ordered!

Just placed the order for a Hasty Bake 257 Gourmet stainless. Can’t wait for it to arrive. I cannot thank everyone here enough for the help in making this decision. I have had several bouts of MCS and have gone through rehab a few times but am hoping to use this one for years to come.....Will post pics as soon as I can.

However, I will occasionally have a vanilla porter float in the summer (Empyrean Vanilla Porter w/a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream) as I usually drink stouts & porters in the colder months, pale ales & IPAs in the warmer months. I have to add Not Your Father's Root Beer to beers I use for floats.
* - Booze - I don't really have a favorite, but lean towards single malt Scotch & Irish whiskey
* - Wines - Reds: mainly the heavy stuff mixed in with the occasional pinot noir ( I have yet to meet a malbec I didn't like); Whites: German & Nebraska (hey, I have to support the home team)
* - Favorite Spice outlets - Volcanic Peppers - Bellevue, NE
* - Current butchers: Cure - Ft. Calhoun

Wonderful, I'm sure you're going to love it. I had a hard time choosing between it and the WSCG. Got a heckuva deal on the Weber or that HB would be gracing my deck right now.

Great choice! I think that Hasty Bake can do it all! Grill, smoke, act as a Santa Maria with the adjustable charcoal tray height. You got it all! I bet your pellet rig starts going under utilized.

There is no cure for MCS, but you can get it into remission with a purchase or two.

I am in the worst of all worlds right now. New cooker, and I can't cook due to my surgery.ARGH!!!! I may have to talk the wife or someone else through a cook on the grill.
