    Back Rib!!!

    Holy crap. Cooked 6 six slabs of back ribs on the WSM for Independence Day. Not sure if my ribs or the Indian Reservation fireworks were better!

      Those ribs were dang good. 4 of the 6 racks disappeared on the 4th. 2 racks of leftovers for me!!!

      Excellent looking ribs ecowper I cook two briskets on my WSM over the weekend and they were the best so far. Ribs will definitely be next.

                Put them on at 1:30, pulled at 5:45, ate at 7:00 Held in a faux cambro. I don't wrap/crutch at all (except for the cambro, obviously)
