    Pork Tenderloins on PBC

I've got a pork tenderloin I'd like to put on the PBC this evening. Any tips or suggestions? I've never done one on the PBC before

Pork tenderloins should be cooked quick on around 375 to 400. They'll be done in about 15 minutes or so. I always tease my from grill grate to foil to preserve moisture. I use some soy, dales, a dash of wochestechire sauce, and a bit of evo....salt and pepper of course.

Hmmmm, I can do that in the oven. I'd rather cook it in the Pit. Surely someone has done one at normal pit temps. I don't think it has to be cooked at that high of heat.

I wouldn't go below 325. It is like chicken breasts.

You can easily get those temps on the PBC... crack that lid way open. Easy Peasy

          and watch your temps

I agree with Jerod and others. It's done real quick. Make sure you have a temp probe in the meat, you don't want to overcook it. If you want to marinate beforehand, I can recommend citrus flavors, that go really well with pork. The easiest marinade by far is mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice with vegetable oil (not olive oil).

Coolness. I plan to debone another picnic, but next time put some goodies on it and roll it like some do with loins. Course it can do a low and low.
