    I have joined the PBC world

    I built a PBC, wish i would have made this move long ago. So impressed with temp management and economy of charcoal.

    cool. I almost made a backup with a 30 gallon feeder I couldn't sale. Finally got it sold.

      It was your posts and pics that pushed me to PBC cooking Jerod. My barrel is an old Tobasco barrel that was discarded because it had a puncture that was very small and easy to fix. I had a hard time finding an unlined barrel.

      Holy Cow that was a lot of Tabasco!! Those people are responsible for all the Nutria rats in south Louisiana.
