Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.

Has anyone used any of these products. Tonight I'll doing a pizza or calzone. Not sure which yet. I have dough I made awhile back so I pulled one out of the freezer. It will be about a 10" if I make a pizza. I'm not using their dough or pepperoni. I will be using the sauce and pesto. Any opinions? TIA

The only thing I’ve eaten/used was the pepperoni stick. It was good! I just cut a few slices here and there and ate it with some cheese.
