I Think EVERY kettle owner should also have a Vortex. When I am doing chicken parts, it is my go-to gadget. And it will put a dynamite sear on a steak! Now I just need to talk ABCBBQ Dave into making a Vortex-shaped drip pan. Hmmmm...
