    Detroit Pizza in Spartacus

    Hey fellow WSCG'ers (or kamado users), anyone ever do a Detroit pizza in their rig? I tried once, placing the pan on a baking steel running at 600 degrees but quickly burned the crust. I do regular pizzas often with the Weber pizza stone insert with excellent results and was thinking of trying that method. This would be in kamado mode as well. Any experiences?
