    First smoke in a long while

    First smoke in a year or so. Made all the mistakes a rusty backyard cook could do. I’m probably going to be late, probably used a too much smoke, and the kitchen is a mess.

    But...it’s a lovely day, bad BBQ tastes better than the best take out, and I’m learning. Besides, aint she pretty? 😀

      Small Flat and a nice chuck. What the butcher had on Friday night. Not even planning this one well!

            Turned out pretty well. HOF was a little dry but tasted
            great.
