    1st Cook on the Weber Charcoal Summit

    Arrived today early enough to be able to cook up some ribs for tonight. Easy enough to put together and it took just over an hour. They even give you a little wrench.👍 I chose ribs for the 1st cook and pretty much perfect. Temp was pretty stable at 250°F to 260°F. For the first few hours, the iGrill probe was pretty close to the Weber temp. gauge. Only later in the cook was there big difference. Here are a few picts...Tom

                  Yes, I did have to pans on top of the diffuser plated with water.

                  Looks very tasty. My first ribs cooked with the SNS go on the Weber 22" in about five hours.
