    Goat cubes - how do I cook 'em?

    My sister visited a friends farm and she was gifted cubed goat meat. Any suggestions on how to prepare and cook? Thanks!

    I'm not sure how big the cubes are, but my preference for goat is medium rare, so I be tempted to just grill 'em--or sous vide followed by a fast, very hot sear.

      Goat is certainly not my bailiwick but I have seen it offered on South Asian menus, usually in a curry.

        How much/many? As a kid we cooked goat low and slow then seared or braised it. The broth was amazing.

          +1 on a braise. You can do amazing things that way.

        Give them a little bath in a marinade of your choosing & grill them (quickly) on a skewer is my vote. Don't overcook!

          A couple of pounds, looks to be around 1 - 1/2" square.
