Opossum or Raccoon

I didn't know this group also had Wild game section, I'm interested to know has anyone ever dinner recipe with a possum or raccoon. The reason I'm asking is because I several during the year in hunting season, I have never done one on the grill only in the oven, and for those wondering we usually feed our possums out on cornbread and buttermilk or hog finisher if we have any Hogs were raising for meat

My granddad had a bumper sticker "Eat More 'Possum". He never cooked any for me, but sure didn't like them in his hen-house!

I usually feed mine out on the hog finisher since I raised Hogs already, a little meat on it for about a month-and-a-half they'll be so fat.
