    Easy street tacos, my version

    Chop up some left over Chuck roast. Lightly fry taco shell where they are still bendable.
    On shell, add meat, tapatio, and a little shredded fiesta blend cheese. Micro wave for about 20 to 30 second.
    Awesome, fast and easy.

    For as simple as it is, they are terrific. I eat 6 when I get home from work. Takes like 4 minutes.

      Yum. We do the same. Left over tri-tip, chicken, pork. We probably make street tacos 2-3 a month.

        That is what I often do for a breakfast burrito, sometimes with and sometimes without eggs. Yum!

          Did that last night with left over brisket on some homemade flour tortillas with onion tangles on top. Yummy.

            Taco Tuesday!!!! Well, Taco Tuesday every day is usually how I roll, considering I’ve had tacos three times in the last week
