Depends on what I am cooking. I'm a big fan of using corn tortillas and griddling them on the Primate once filled. They crisp up really nicely but they aren't full on tortilla chips like store-bought hard shells. Shrimp Governador is a good recipe that uses this technique, but I also did it it with pulled smoked chicken, storebought salsa verde, some onions and jack cheese and it was very good.

I like both!! Crunchy tacos are nostalgic for me as my daddy used to make them for us as a special dinner. And since living here, I have become very fond of flour tortillas and soft corn street tacos.
