    Taco week

    Hello every one
It is Taco Week in Portland Or
do you prefer hard taco shells? Or soft tacos?

    #2
Depends on what I am cooking. I'm a big fan of using corn tortillas and griddling them on the Primate once filled. They crisp up really nicely but they aren't full on tortilla chips like store-bought hard shells. Shrimp Governador is a good recipe that uses this technique, but I also did it it with pulled smoked chicken, storebought salsa verde, some onions and jack cheese and it was very good.

Soft tortillas grilled on my Blackstone, for a crispy bite but will not fall apart.
Hard tacos usually after 2 bites becomes a taco salad.

Either is fine but has to be flour

I like both!! Crunchy tacos are nostalgic for me as my daddy used to make them for us as a special dinner. And since living here, I have become very fond of flour tortillas and soft corn street tacos.

I will use whatever the comrades at the Portland market have available today.

Both, depending on what's going in the and my mood. Usually cranky.

Really? you want me to start polling. Thank you for the suggestion.
I will give it a try.

Isn’t that what "do you prefer hard taco shells? Or soft tacos?" is? Might as well see the results, and I think you’ll get more responses.
