Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
A package from Buda, TX! (Hint: it is full of flat, round discs)
It turns out someone buys these and ships them. They’re expensive relative to what they cost at H-E-B, but not in an absolute sense; it’s like an extra $20 over 112 tortillas (there are 3 packs of mixla).
They arrived on the 17th. The “best by” date on the butter tortillas is the 16th. I tasted one, they’re fine. I peeled of four for use over the next couple days, and froze them in rest in 6 packs of 6. The “best by” date on the mixla (corn and wheat flour) is the 19th; I peeled off half a dozen and also froze the rest in packs of 6.
The butter tortillas are great, but those mixla tortillas just send me.
The Mixla are my second favorite, the HEB Southwestern tortillas are by far my #1.
Tom, if you need more I'm sure me and other Texas forum members would send you some for a little cheaper. I'd charge you the store price plus shipping.
Hmm, I’ve never tried these. I’ve always bought the ones made fresh in the “in store bakery”. They will say “Bakery” on the label. 58limited Are these just as good?
Corn I can get fresh from the mercado. Other than store bought, there is only one place I know of (2.5 hours drive) that makes flour and make one that are proper burrito size, 12-14 inches. I'd be willing to try ordering some if they sell large ones.
40 tortillas for $30, with free shipping. A quick check locally has 8 La Banderita for $4. Going by weight, (24oz for 10, 20oz for 8) they’re essentially the same size. So you’re paying a $10 premium, which is about what I figured.
ETA: I’m going to guess these are 10”. Wegman’s sells 6 12” burrito grande tortillas that weigh 20 oz.

Tom, Skip had asked recently if there was a way to order them. Maybe you can share a link to where you get them?
I entered “heb tortillas” into the Amazon search bar. I’m sure someone in Buda is going to the store, buying tortillas, and shipping them. I’m also sure they’re probably not for resale, but nobody seems to be complaining. Here’s the link for the butter tortillas, but they’re all the same person.
