    Taco Perro

Yeah, I know weird name for a restaurant! Since this is NOT a bbq restaurant, I put it here.

this place was pretty good. You only order one! I guess they started as a taco truck and then grew. Tortillas were really good.

my plate, that I did not finish! I ate about a third with the fork, then was able to pick it up and eat like a, you know, taco. 🌮💕

Looks tasty. I don’t make it to LA County as often as I used to. Heck, the only time I go as far as OC these days is for an Angels game…which we’re going to on Friday!

Santamarina SheilaAnn Heck I rarely leave OC. I have only crossed LA county line 6 times since 2010.

That’s a massive taco. How much? Cerritos is OC.

SheilaAnn We’re grabbing dinner across the street at Golden Road - a tradition for us. I’ve tried meetups with friends there before, but we always go really early. My boys like to go into the stadium as soon as gates open to watch BP, and hopefully get some autographs or catch some fly balls.

So we’ll be at Golden Road by 3/330. Gives us time to eat…and time for me to have a few beers. Since my wife is pregnant I’ve got a built in DD!

Santamarina I’ll still be working! Boo! 😒

HouseHomey if memory serves, it was $9.99?? We made it a “combo” and got a fountain beverage and chips, so $12.99. It came with a really mild, yet tasty, salsa. No other salsas or hot sauces provided. This place is super bare bones. I would go again, though. The beans were really good. They claim the tortillas come from TJ (not Trader Joe’s).

              Perro in English is dog.
Taco Dog??? or maybe Taco Dawg.
I would pair that with PBR
Cerveza is English is PBR 😁
