And what about Americano? It didn’t become popular because it sucked. Mix ground beef with onions, garlic, red chile and cumin; that has to count somewhere. Hell, just give me a spoon.

I’d pick carnitas, asada, and chorizo. But on a different day I might pick pollo, birria, and al pastor. Thank goodness for more days.

Lengua for me, hands down. Onions only

Had to do a double take to see if my brother joined the club. LOL
        He does love his lengua.

If I'm listing top three it's al pastor, Birria, Lengua. If some "Seven" or "Saw" style psycopath is making me choose just one I go with lengua with lots of white onions.

Please tell me you also have a few extra cold Coors Lights to wash down your taco feast?

A little late to the party, but Birria if only one.

Al pastor, Pollo and carnitas. I am going to have to look a bunch of those up.

Oh boy! Cachete, carnitas, birria. That said….. I will gladly take one for the team, do recon and report back. This is 9 minutes from my house!

GolfGeezer I am hoping that their production schedule is based on sales and the product moves so quickly, it doesn’t really have time to sit.

I was showing BF this post and told him we are going there soon. Not today, because it’s amateur day at restaurants. But in perusing the photo again, I realize that I adore taquitos.

So I implore you, taco aficionados, will it taquito? I say yes.

Choosing which taco is best is like having 10 kids and choosing which one you like the most (although every mother will secretly tell you there always is one ). That said the one I will always hold dear is the beef fajita or taco al carbon.

However, in the next top 5 right up there hugging the #2 position is beef cheek barbacoa. Just made a batch, care to indulge and prove me wrong...hmmm?

FYI, while going through their website, the scrolling pictures did show a Baja style fish taco.

Report #1 Quesatacos with Birria de Rez, served with au jus for dipping (not shown), pickled veggies were bright and crisp. I took a side of a green salsa that was that was so spicy, you took another bite because it was that good.

The tacos were tasty, but not as good as that place in TJ.

I will go back and try other items. They were busy (granted a beautiful Sunday after church) and they were cranking through the guests. Line moved fast and service was quick and friendly. Lots of TVs showing futbol only.
