    Can i inject chickenbreast before i sousvide 'em?

    I would think that it would just end up in the purge. Potkettleblack should be able to claiify.

    Yeah I wouldn't bother since I think it will end up in the purge. But it won't harm things.

      I think you can. Modernist Cuisine has a recipe for an apple cider injected turkey breast that came out really well...
      I dunno that it wont all end up in the purge, but if it infuses a bit into the meat, coats the meat on it's way out, what's the difference. Sous Vide produces the moistest poultry anyway.
