The International Sous Vide association has announced a Sous Vide Que recipe contest that runs through June 14. Yours Truly will be among the judges. The contest website is live HERE. The buttons will take you to a Google Form which will allow you to submit your recipe. Submit your favorite recipe for the chance to win a brand new Su-V gun from GrillBlazer, a signed copy of Meathead: The Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling, an Inkbird IBT-6XS multi-probe BBQ thermometer, or several other prizes.
