    Brisket cooked for month

I apologise if anyone posted about this earlier but I couldn't find it if you did...

Has anyone else seen the "I cooked a brisket for a month" video on YouTube?

Can I say WTF on here?

No. Scared to look it up. Why on earth? Electric bill alone would make it asinine, not counting anything else associated with such an endeavor.

Joule is the most energy efficient, tho. If they didn’t use their joule, they wasted joules.

DO NOT DO THIS! IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY!!!!! LOL.

Great vid. I like his channel, it always makes for some good recipes and entertainment. It actually looked pretty good when it came off the smoker. I really cannot believe that it even survived the slicing. I figured it would just fall apart completely.

Potkettleblack - I have made chicken pretty mushy overdoing the time on my SV.

I was thinking more about it being crumbly, instead of simply being mush. Either way, I did not think it would even be sliceable.

At first I was thinking, "I could taste it and spit it out," but then I realized that I can't smell it, so who am I to say?
