Lotta different ways to skin this cat. Did a 6 jar test run at 3 this morning. Came out alright I guess. Sometime between 7 and 9:40 I did 28 jars in 2 groups. Barely got these wonderful pics.
I just broke the 1/2 slice precooked bacon in 2-3 pieces and shoved in jar before pouring the mixture.

50% eggs 50%dairy product. My favorite is 25% goat cheese and 25% heavy cream. Cream cheese, goat cheese, whole milk, heavy cream. Anything with some fat to it. Cottage cheese is what Starbucks uses.
About 1% salt. Blend. Pour into mason jars. Sous Vide. Don’t shock, high mason jar breaking odds.
Top the jar with whatever you fancy, spoon out custard and topping. Win.
