I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

mhkesler84 I was torn between the Anova and the Joule. Ultimately, I went with the Joule for the size and the bigger heating element. But I don't really know how much better it is than the Anvoa for the extra $50 I had to spend. I really like the app though. Some people have said they don't like the fact that there is no buttons or anything on the actual unit. To me, that is a non issue. Either way, its a fun new hobby and a great compliment to my cooking.
You should make a video of you SV a ribeye and then using the SNS!
