    Sou Speed anyone?

    Here's a video from Chris over at Combustion on how to speed up sou vide 4X. And, oddly enough, it uses his wireless thermometer.

    Interessting and I am sure it works. Being retired I can stick with Sous Vide 1.0 for now but something to consider. Now if only they can figure something out to reduce time on those 36 hour brisket cooks.

          Okay, a video has not held my rapt attention like that in a while. Fascinating! (And yes, there is a bit of a soft-sell or at least promotion of a product there, but that did not bother me.)

          Production value of that video is excellent. I need to check out his others.
