The honey from Costco crystalized. What to do?
Sous VIde at 120*F in the Instant Pot. This takes some time but it is worth it.

Same, but I had always heard to not exceed 110°.

I read that 140 kills the enzymes.
Perhaps a little further research is needed.

Like you, I found that specific brand of honey crystallizes quick. So I only buy the three pack of the organic honey that is packaged in the bear bottles.

And question on the sous vide - is this keeping the honey from crystallizing again?
