    Sous Vide Pork Chops

    Found some nice looking pork chops in the butcher's case yesterday and decided they were the answer to "what's for dinner".

    Mushrooms went inside to chill for a few minutes and the pork chops are almost done.

    Plated! The asparagus was cooked on the gasser with Grill Grates. Probably the best way possible to cook asparagus.

    So the meal was pretty awesome but the pork chops really could have used a little sawmill gravy. Too bad I'm low carbing it.
