    Brisket SV reheat

    I have a couple smallish pieces of brisket I want to reheat from frozen. I have never done that before. They are vacuum bagged and ready to go into the pool. Time and temp? Thanks as always for the advice.

    You're only reheating so recommend using 140 until heated through. Probably a couple of hours or less since the pieces are small.
