I like both, but no beans for my wife.

BTW, one Ghost or Scorpion, finely minced, blended into the pot at the end is ideal!

Serrano's and jalapenos in this batch. Just pulled a few jalapeno peppers for bacon wrapped poppers this weekend. My wife is allergic to beans so I have to side batch hers without.

I can eat chili either way, but prefer beans.

My wife is Texan and it didn't take her long to correct my ills when it comes to chili.. her version is basically brisket cubes with a lil broth poured over it.

I have a great competition chili been making for years. I'll have to post that up somehow. No beans allowed in comps, but I still like em on the side!

With, unless it's going on a three way. Then... hold the beans, hold the cheese, bring a HUGE amount of parmesan.

I slightly prefer beanless, but I can go either way.

We prefer 1 small can of Red Kidney Beans and 1 small can of Black Beans in a good size batch of chili. So a few beans but don't overdo it. BTW FlaBouy yours looks wonderful!!

My mom always put beans in chili when I was growing up, probably to stretch her budget. Either way is fine with me. If I am using beans, dark red kidney beans and black beans.

My favorite chili is Texas chili! But I kid you not my second is black bean chili with no meat!!? I dunno, just born that way.
