This is literally the hottest and spiciest Ramen I've ever had in my life. So hot, I had to drink a full glass of half and half at work (no milk). So hot that my gums and teeth went numb. The other two packs at home went straight to the garbage bin.
If you think you're a superstar when it comes to ingesting hot and spicy foods, get some. You will be quickly humbled.
I ate the entire serving. The taste was great and of course I had to "man up". No one was watching, but it was just a sacrifice I had to do for myself and my existence.

At one time I was a hot food lover. I’d hear “Ain’t that tuff enough” in the background and just go for it. I remember listening to Justin Wilson talking about hot food,” You’ll know you ate something today, tomorrow you’ll know you ate something yesterday “. I’m not tuff enough any more. I have no desire to have to sh!t in the creek to keep from setting the prairie on fire! Sadly I’m now born to be mild.

I tolerate a decent amount of heat (just ask my oldest when she challenged me to a ghost pepper eating contest). But as the years have gone by, I don't like hot for hot's sake anymore. It has to have some flavor, a purpose, not just "Oh, I can't feel my tongue, and my throats' burning". Never mind the next day's fun and games.
It's just not as enjoyable these days, and honestly, I like to enjoy my meals.
I'll sample a super hot dish or spice, but that's about it.
