I got a Frogmat for my birthday, which I cut to fit my 26†with SNS XL. So of course I had to put this newfangled thing to use... I followed Meathead’s recipe for Cinful Pecans as-is. I used Kingsford Professional with a little cherry wood and water in the SNS. Temps right between 220-225 for the 30 min smoke. These things are awesome, best Pecans I’ve ever had. Period. Can’t wait to try some of these other recipes!

That sounds EPIC! Yeah I want to try a few different recipes he has on that page. But I’m worried I tried the best one first, I can’t imagine anything better. 😂 Although I’m really anxious to try the peanuts in the satay seasoning too, I love that flavor.
