We’ve been eating a lot more popcorn lately and I’ve really enjoyed the change up in snack. What ever is not eaten at night gets dumped into sealed bowl that I snack on the following day,
Growing up my family always had popcorn around every night. We’ve been using butter, fresh grated parm or Romano, and dusted with Aleppo pepper.
what’s your favorite way to season or shaker blend to dust your popcorn? Also, what’s your favorite popcorn?
We don't eat a lot of popcorn but I did get a popper for the wife to enjoy it.
Usually, she just wants butter and salt. I have, sometimes, stirred in organic maple syrup, sprinkled in some cinnamon, melted in parmesan or cheddar, or added a robust amount of Tabasco (I was Home Alone and mischief was inevitable).

Our son gave us this for Christmas last year along with a gallon of Orville Redenbacher corn. We really like it. We go hot and heavy for a while then stop for a bit. I still pop it on the stove in a big Revere Ware pot.

Not a topping per se … but I often use a decent extra virgin olive oil (California Olive Ranch) to pop the corn (Orville Redenbacher). Add a bit of salt, and enjoy … no butter needed.
