Made marshmallows for the kids in the neighborhood. We are planning some driveway cook outs this summer, I am going to try and make the graham crackers as well for them to do s’mores over the base of a 22 wsm. I’m happy with results.

We have a friend who is a master choclatier. We were at his house for dinner once and he shared some fresh marshmallows he had just made that day. It was a very good evening! I'm thinking I may need to see how I can arrange some lessons from him.
