    Help with some yellowtail

    Caught some yellowtail a while back, it is sushi grade but have a few frozen fillets left over. Looking for a great, semi great, or partially great smoked yellowtail recipe please and thank you.

    Tuna steaks are great to grill, I think it is due to the dense meat. I use salt and pepper. 140*f internal.
