Storing and reheating fish?
I found Chilean salmon on sale today and we had it for dinner. It turned out really well but we weren't able to eat all of it. It seems to me that fish probably isn't good leftover. Should I create a small pot of seafood soup and use it that way? Or, do any Pit members have any suggestions for storing and reheating it?Tags: None

I just put it in a freezer bag and squeeze the air out. Then I nuke it in the microwave.
I imagine others do it differently.
It will be interesting to see other ways to reheat fish.
