I bought this oil from Costco today to fry some fish over the next couple days. I don't know anything about it and they didn't have any peanut oil but it looks like it will work for me. What are your thoughts? If I fry fish or seafood in it will it hold that flavor and impart it on anything else that I might decide to fry in the future?

Any oil, however economical, or $pendy, will retain some fish flavour, an impart it on subsequent products fried in same, in my experience.
Fishiness amount depends on volume of fish fried, vs volume of oil it was fried in...
Porosity/absorptive qualities of subsequent cooks might also, likely, determine degree of 'fishiness' passed on...

Quality of the seafood matters too. Cook, enjoy and repeat until you don’t. Then change the oil.
The more/hotter you use the oil, the faster it breaks down and goes bad. Too many variables.

Are the ingredients listed on the container? And I have heard, (but not tried), cooking potatoes in fishy oil will remove the fishy taste. But, (wait for it), that sounds fishy to me....

I use a 6 gallon Cajun Fryer by RV works.
RUMOR is it is constructed in a way that HELPS eliminate the taste carry over.
My taste buds are not refined enough to give an honest evaluation but I can say I've done 50#s of fish and 30 pounds of fries followed up by 10#s of rings and no one has ever complained.
I do love the thing but just don't cook for crowds anymore.
It is one of my favorite outdoor cookers.
