      That whole meal is rockin'! I'd could go for any fish right now. Shoulda snagged a salmon while I was snatching briskets at wolly world.

        I love me some Mexican street corn salad.

        I have not had any grilled swordfish in a long long time. I may need to revisit that one. Great photo!

          I'm afraid that with swordfish, I just eyeball it. But I could guess low 120-ish.

          We used Kenji’s corn recipe. It was terrific. I’m with Ed F. I just eyeballed it, too. About 8 mins/side, pull it to cool side of the grill to check doneness.
