ID:	507108 Yep, blackened cod. Not redfish. Didn’t have any. Not red red snapper. Didn’t have any. Nope. Not catfish. Even though there are 2000 lakes where I live, got no catfish. I had cod. So it got the hell blackened out of it. And some fresh spinach in the cast iron skillet. Yum!

            I love fish so much. Not sure if more than fatty brisket point or less, but it's close. That looks awesome!

                Coated with melted butter and added a liberal amount of the seasoning. Very simple. Very good. Went well with the spinach which I could not resist adding a little touch of the butter and seasoning to after swishing the cod around in it.
