On the halfshell, definitely my favorite way to prepare... plus my fileting skills are average at best, so win-win! Mach 10 on the scale side for a few minutes with salt/pepper/butter on top, then a minute or two on the flesh side, a little fresh lemon to finish. A few wood chips on the burners, can't beat it!
