Since I am now in my seventh decade and have historically been a cheap SOB, I broke down today and decided to buy a jar of osetra caviar today at Costco (cheap at $50, right??--lol). Do any of y'all have recommendations for how to serve it?

Serve with (buttered optional) toast points or very plain tasting crackers (like water crackers). Creme frache or sour cream on the side is nice, too. Enjoy!

Willy. What they all said here. If you google you can see what the French set up looks like, the Russian set up etc.... it's a fun thing to see how people eat it. All good advice here. Make it fun and delicious. Start with the vodka and not the cheap stuff.
